Acceptance of Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services provided by AstroBagla.com via our website (currently located at www.AstroBagla.com).

These Terms of Service may be amended by AstroBagla.com at any time at our discretion by posting the amended terms on our website. If you became a member prior to the posting of amended terms, they shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are posted. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of such changes.

1. Description of AstroBagla.com

AstroBagla.com provides astrological content, reports, data, telephone and email consultations ("Content") via the World Wide Web and electronic mail. While portions of the Content may be viewed by visiting AstroBagla.com ("Free Services" and "Paid Services"), certain personalized services require registration. The Free and Paid Services are collectively referred to as the "Services."

In consideration for the Paid Services, you agree to:

1. Provide current, complete, and accurate information about yourself.
2. Maintain and update this information as required to keep it accurate.

2. Member Eligibility

Services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts. The Services are not permitted for minors (under 18 in most jurisdictions) or suspended members. Residents of jurisdictions that prohibit our Services are also not eligible.

3. Member Registration Data

Upon registration, you will receive an AstroBagla.com ID (your email) and a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality and all activities under your account. You must immediately notify AstroBagla.com of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

4. Our Access to Your Account

You consent to AstroBagla.com employees and agents accessing your account on a case-by-case basis to investigate complaints or suspected abuse.

5. Modification, Breach, Termination

AstroBagla.com may modify or discontinue the Services or your account at any time with or without notice. Accounts may be terminated immediately if false information is provided, legal liability is risked, or these Terms are violated.

6. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy (available on the website) is incorporated into these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Privacy Policy terms.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service

• Refund requests must be emailed to customercare@astrobagla.com within 2 hours of payment and before availing the service.
• No refund once consultation is availed.
• Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Reports cannot be refunded if incorrect data is provided by the customer.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days (subject to bank/payment gateway timelines).

Product

• All printable products are non-returnable.
• Damaged/defective products must be reported within 2 working days of delivery with images to customercare@astrobagla.com.
• Double payments will be refunded after verification.

8. Member Behavior & Restrictions

You agree not to use the Services for illegal purposes, disrupt networks, or transmit unlawful, harassing, or obscene material. Spamming, chain letters, and unauthorized data scraping are prohibited.

AI Training Restriction

You are expressly prohibited from using content, data, or material from AstroBagla.com for training or developing AI or machine learning models. Unauthorized use will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

9. No Warranty

Services are provided "as-is". AstroBagla.com disclaims all warranties (express or implied) including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or accuracy of predictions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AstroBagla.com, its affiliates, and employees from all claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of Terms, or third-party rights.

12. Proprietary Rights

Content (text, images, software, graphics, etc.) is protected by copyrights and trademarks. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

13. Notices

14. Arbitration & Jurisdiction

Disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under Indian law, with venue in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Agra courts.

15. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by Indian law. If any clause is found invalid, the remainder will still apply. These Terms constitute the entire agreement.

16. Usage of Information

Information collected by the Website may be used for personalization, research, communication, analytics, or compliance with legal obligations.

Wallet Terms & Conditions

1. Wallet Overview

The Wallet is a prepaid account that allows you to add money and use it exclusively for astrology services available on our platform. The Wallet is not a bank account and will not earn any interest.

2. Loading Money

You may load money into your Wallet using debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI, or other payment options supported by our payment gateway partners. Funds loaded are subject to transaction limits as per RBI guidelines.

3. KYC Compliance

As per RBI rules, users may be required to provide KYC details (such as Aadhaar, PAN, or other valid documents) to continue using the Wallet or to increase usage limits. Failure to complete KYC may restrict Wallet usage.

4. Usage of Wallet Balance

Wallet balance can be used only for services offered on our platform. Wallet-to-wallet transfer or withdrawal to third-party services is not permitted unless explicitly enabled under RBI-approved arrangements.

5. Refunds & Wallet Closure

You may request a refund of the unused balance at any time, subject to verification. The balance will be transferred back to your linked bank account (except promotional or bonus credits, which are non-refundable). You may request closure of your Wallet by contacting our support team.

6. Validity

Wallet balance remains valid for a minimum period of 1 year from the date of loading, unless otherwise specified. Promotional credits may carry a shorter validity.

7. Security & Liability

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Wallet account details. We are not liable for unauthorized transactions caused by negligence on your part.

8. Dispute & Grievance Redressal

For any complaints or disputes, you can reach our support team at support@yourdomain.com. All complaints will be resolved within 30 days, as per RBI guidelines.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms in compliance with RBI regulations. Any changes will be notified on our website.

Additional Terms for Varta (Talk to Astrologer/Chat/Live)

AstroBagla.com only provides a platform for astrologers. We are not liable for recommendations given by astrologers. Users must not exchange personal details (contact numbers, emails, social media, banking info) with astrologers. Any loss or harm due to such disclosure is the sole responsibility of the user.
